Guiyang SCITUS New Line is designed with an annual output capacity of 1.2 million tons of new dry process cement, covering an area of 244.88 mu (app. 16.33 hectares) situated at Yangdong, Yanlou Township, Huaxi District, Guiyang City. The power of the new line is supplied with a 35KV circuit by 100KV Yancheng Power Station, while the main raw materials, limestone are provided by a mine 50 m southwest of the factory. Coal is mainly provided from Yanlou Township about 10 km away from the factory and the rest of the raw materials is supplied from surrounding areas. Extensive road transport network has been established around the factory of the new line, meeting the needs of transporting equipment during project construction and satisfying the freight handling capacity of raw materials, fuels and finished products after completion.

The planned investment of the new line amounts to 300 million yuan. Using the most advanced technology and the best management system in the country, international standards will be met. After completion of the project, we will become the main supplier of quality cement and environmental friendly factory in Guiyang region, contributing to the economic and social development in Guiyang.

In compliance with the state industrial policies and recycling economy policies, this project is environmental friendly, energy-saving and fully utilizes industrial waste (fly ash and slag sulfate).

Guizhou Zunyi SCITUS Cement Company Limited is located in the territory of Shenxi Town in Zunyi City.

Adopting new dry process pre-decomposition production technology and low-temperature cogeneration technology, a 2500 t/d clinker production line with a group of 4500 KW low-temperature cogeneration units will be built, with an annual output of 1.1 million tons of cement, an annual electricity generating capacity of 3190×104 kWh and an annual power supply of 2934×104 kWh.

This construction project includes limestone mining, limestone crushing, the entire production line starting with transport into the factory with gravel belt and ending with transport out of the factory as cement (involving low-temperature cogeneration system). At present, the required land of the factory has been leveled while water and electricity supplies and drainage have already been set up.

In compliance with the state industrial policies and recycling economy policies, this project is environmental friendly, energy-saving and fully utilizes industrial waste (carbide slag and fly ash).

The types of products will be determined according to the demand of local and surrounding markets. P.O42.5 ordinary Portland cement, P.C32.5 compound cement and P.F32.5 fly ash-cement will be mainly produced. After completion of the new line, the annual sale of cement is expected to be 1.1 million tons, with an average annual turnover (excluding tax) of 300 million yuan.
