| Mr. Daniel Hu is the Vice President of JPMorgan Asset Management’s Asian Infrastructure Group. As director, Mr. Hu focuses on financial, human resources, business development and administration functions at SCITUS. He has 12 years experience in infrastructure sector working on corporate finance, private equity investment and divestment. Mr. Hu began his career in infrastructure within the New World Group, where he was involved in the corporate finance activities of its China infrastructure arm. He was involved in investments and exits of over $600 million, primarily in connection with the $1.7 billion AIG Asia Infrastructure Fund II. In late 2005, Mr. Hu joined Capital China Group to work on infrastructure and financial services investments. Capital China Group has assets under management of over $3 billion. He received his MBA from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and qualified as a Chartered Financial Analyst. |

Prior to his current appointment, CK spent over 10 years as the Asia CFO for CBRE Investors; CFO for GE Real Estate Australia and South East Asia based in Sydney; Head of GE Real Estate Asia Financial Planning Division based in Tokyo; finance outsourcing leader for GE Money based in Osaka; and as a member of the Corporate Audit Staff based in the U.S.. His last appointment was the Regional CFO for Asia Pacific Land based in Hong Kong where he spent another two years. CK received his MBA from Kobe University of Commerce. He is fluent in Japanese, Putonghua, English, Bahasa, Cantonese and is also Six Sigma trained. |

| Mr. Jie Fang is the Chief Engineer of SCITUS Cement (Guizhou) Operating Co. Ltd.. Mr. Fang graduated from Wuhan University of Technology with a bachelor degree in Silicate Process. Mr. Fang has 26 years experience in cement industry. Prior to joining SCITUS, he worked for Jiangxi Cement Plant and Wannianqing Cement Co. Ltd., and participated in construction, maintenance and operation of several new-type dry process clinker production lines. Mr. Fang had held a wide range of roles in his previous careers including Production Officer, Chief Dispatch Officer, and Production Manager, which had helped him obtain hands-on skills in production, operation and on-site management. Mr. Fang has also published several journals in major cement industry magazines. |

As a new dry process cement technology expert, Mr. Zhang was invited several times to join the Completion Acceptance Evaluation Committees for new dry cement production lines in Guizhou Province. |
